What am I seeking and what is spanda? Spanda is the Sanskrit name for joy, something that can literally invoke a trembling feeling from such intense passion. This could be interpreted as a romantic moment, but what I seek to share in this blog are moments and ways I find my spanda. I am passionate about wholesome eating, curious of all the ways to bring Ayurveda medicine to your life, and being mindful. As a yoga teacher, it's important to find ways to balance work, friends, family, and allow some time for play.
I hope this blog will help inspire you to find your spanda. Be it singing, rock climbing, pastry baking or perhaps even sky diving!
